The organization has done important work in collaboration with the Social Justice Department of the Government of Maharashtra to create communal harmony. Health check-up of senior citizens, guidance meet for youth, health check-up of third caste people were conducted. Special programs were organized through the District Magistrate, Superintendent of Police and other administrations to maintain communal harmony.

For working in the field of women and child welfare, the Ahilyadevi Holkar Award has been given by the Women and Child Welfare Department of the Government of Maharashtra. A letter of appreciation has also been given signed by the then Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, the then Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and the then Women and Child Welfare Minister Mangalprabhat Lodha. Child safety, child marriage, women safety and empowerment were done.

The Health Department of the Government of Maharashtra has honored the organization for organizing blood donation camps and providing blood to women and the needy.
