Since 2020, Organizations has achieved to make a big difference in the lives of rural population focusing on marginal farmers, women, children and youth in developing their life circumstances and creating a big impact to achieve alternative development in various aspects of life. Eradication of superstitions is working by removing superstitions from the minds of the people.

Free book sets were distributed to 301 boys and girls preparing for The Union Public Service Commission And Maharashtra Public Service Commission. Organization has achieved to connect 3000 women with the various government schemes, financial assistance, credit linkages and other such social securities schemes for women, senior citizens and school going children and youth for scholarships and employment etc.

snake friend The organization has formed a separate team of 20 snake and animal friends. All these are working as volunteers and they come to help during times of crisis. Natural calamities, people, animals, snakes in distress are rescued and shifted to safe places.

Folk artists and cultural events The institute has a team that presents quality folk art. About 21 artists are in this team. To raise public awareness through folk art and street drama, to help folk artists, to stop femicide, to stop child marriage, to raise public awareness on issues such as health, pollution, environment etc. Public awareness and public awareness programs have been conducted at city and village level in the presence of Superintendent of Police, Collector, Police Officer, Revenue Officer to maintain communal harmony.

UBSS while doing such developmental activities has evolved an institution and playing a catalyst role in mobilizing grassroots organizations and has played a big role in capacity building and creating impact on scale in rural area with the help of ASHTABHUJA HIRKANI of grassroots organization (Village Level Organization)
